Our well being is not purely a physical issue. That is to say, we are body, mind and spirit and none of these areas function entirely alone; each has an effect upon the other. All life experiences have an affect upon us. Some experiences will be positive and some negative. It is these negative experiences which can manifest themselves physically over time as disease. Working with the appropriate colors can help to dispel negative feelings, free blocks and re-balance the body.

Sunflower

One of my favorite flower is Sunflower. I miss going to Baguio. This painting will always remind me of brighter things.

Here's a simple card inspired by this weeks sketch at Cards and Things Challenge. I simply use dcwv and scenic route pps, button and sentiment from hero arts stamp. TFL!

This card is based from Retrosketches #6. I use basic grey pps, AAS flowers, ribbon, sentiments from hero arts stamp.

I put yellow ribbon around the circle to make it look like a basket. TFL!

This birthday card based from this week's sketch from Try stamppin on Tuesday. I just love vintage and using my graphic45 papers. Atop my prima flower, I put the sentiment and gem. I use yarn which i bought from Target. Both sentiments from Hero Arts Stamp. TFL!
