Always Forgiving

For this layout, I simply use two plain cardstock DCWV black and white, corrugated board, different colors of paint, metal photo corner, chipboard, alphas, handmade papers and flowers.
Scrapping Everday Miracle's challenge for March is to create a layoput using a word to describe me. "Forgiving" because I have learned a lot to be more compassionate. It has helped me move forward and heal relationships with others as well.
Journalling:
All of us, at some point in our lives, have been hurt by actions and words of another. Through the years, I have learned to survive the pain by controlling the resentment, anger --- even revenge and obsession. And instead, have learned to appreciate the beauty and kindness around me, boost my self esteem and bring me a sense of peace. Now , I am... always forgiving.

By the Sea

This is Jali's first time to go to a beach. She was two years old then. She's so delighted to swim and excited to play in the sand.
Journalling: Memories are like sandcastles - only by putting them in a safe place can you prevent them from washing away.

For this month's challenge at the ARTastic blog, I have included a photo taken at he beach in Zamboanga City, palm tree design and beach embellies plus the dried starfish. The inspiration was taken from the painting of Ken Done called "Chinamen's Beach". TFL
